AGENCY FEES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
A trusted booking service with on clear and fair conditions
With over twenty years experience working in the touristic housing sector, Rome Short Let Service act as booking and rental service liasoning between property owners and guests, ensuring professional and trusted transactions and housing services.
Agency costs
Our agency costs amount to 15% of the total short let fee and you find them already charged on the total payment price.
Reservation
It’s required to reserve the property in advance by down payment to validate your booking. Price may vary based on the apartment and the length of your stay.
Balance
Within one month prior to your arrival date, the rental fee must be paid in full. Please be aware that failing to do so will automatically delete your booking.
Deposit
A deposit is required by the flat owner in order to have a back up in case of damages to the property. We will collect it upon your arrival and give it back on your departure.
Extra fees
Electricity 0,40 per Kw, Gas 1,00 each cubic meter, Water 0,30 per day, internet 1,00 a day. Counters are checked at arrival and departure, payment is expected in cash the leaving day.
Accepted payment methods
Generally booking and balance payment are accepted by cash, cheques, bank wires, credit cards or Paypal.
Rent deposit are expected to be paid only by credit cards or cash in Euros.

Cancellations and refunds
Unfortunately, we can’t refund any reservation payment. However, should you decide to delete your booking due to any unforeseen reason at least one month before your arrival day, please let us know we will do our best to find another tenant for the same period and eventually be able to refound at least your balance payment.
