Booking and payment

To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid on credit card, bank wire, pay pal or cash. The amount can vary from accommodation to accommodation.

The balance payment is required one month before arrival.

We do offer some discount for last minute booking and we can ask the flat’s owner to reduce the rent cost for longer sojourns.

Yes, we ask for a security deposit to be paid cash on arrival. We give it back totally on departure if the apartment has not been damaged.

We never give back the prepayment. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival nothing should be usually given back; however, our agency will try to find a different tenant and, if we succeed, we give the money back. Many of our tenants make an insurance about the sojourn in case of cancellation.

If there is not a previous booking from some other guest, it is possible but always upon request.

No hidden cost. The apartment cost is on our website: rent plus 12% agency fee plus 22% of agency cost for IVA tax.
The only further cost is for utilities: electricity 0,40 per KW, gas 1,00 each cubic meter, water 0,30 per day, Internet euro 1,00 per day, telephone. We read the counters on arrival and on departure. The utilities are usually paid cash on departure.

No, but we can provide cleaning service at 10,00 euro per hour for not less than 2 hours each time.

General questions

We can provide a car to pick you up at the airport at your charge. A member of our team will be waiting at the front door of the building to let you in the apartment, show you around and give you the keys.

We give the mobile number of the person in charge of the check-in. It would be necessary to call and communicate the delay.

We usually do not rent for less than one week, but we accept also shorter sojourn of not less than 4 nights.

No, they can start on any day. But, please, take note that for arrival on weekend an extra payment of euro 30,00 is requested.

Yes, we take care to substitute the photos in case of changes.

If no other subsequent booking has been previously registered, we can agree to postpone the departure.
The amount will be prorate.

Accomodation

The apartment is given fully equipped. Linen towels, iron, iron board. In every apartment an information sheet will inform you about the equipment made available: TV set, Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

We usually have check-in through 6 pm. In case of late arrival an extra payment of euro 30,00 is requested. The same amount is requested for arrival during weekend or holidays.
As for check-out no problem and no extra cost.

A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the front door of the building to let you in the apartment, show you around and give you the keys. It is important to call us when you arrive at the airport or, if driving, one hour distance from Rome.

It will cost an extra 30,00 euros and we will meet the next day for the contract to be signed.
