Most of our properties are located in the historical center of Rome
A few minutes walking from the most beautiful and iconic settings of the Eternal City like Coliseum, Trevi’s Fountain, Navona Square, Trastevere; but we can also suggest apartments in the Parioli area, quieter and with very good public transport service to the town center.
We can offer a large selection: from luxury apartments to very basic ones to rent to students. Apartments with many sleeping rooms and cozy little studios provided with sofa beds. All our apartments are fully furnished, equipped with linen, towels, kitchen wares. Our tenants can get into our apartment just taking with them their personal luggages only. We specialize in short let flats in Rome, but we can assist with inquiries about temporary lettings for all types of properties in Rome, Italy and most European cities.
Much more than a rent agency
During the sojourn we will be in touch with our tenants to assist with any demand that might occur. We provide urgent services: plumber, electric team repair, dishwashing, washing machine and air conditioners assistance. We keep in touch through our office telephone number and after office hours through our mobile. We are located in the historical center of Rome, therefore, in case of emergency we are able to reach our apartments within fifteen minutes.
Handling special requests
Only some of our apartments appear on our website. Some owners do not authorize publication. So please ask if you do not find something suitable. Maybe we can suggest some different possibilities not quoted on our website, sending photos and info on other apartments.
My name is Giacomo Balbo di Vinadio, past partner of Short Lets Assistance snc, the first and historical agency of short-term rentals in Rome which has been closed in 2016. Since April 1st 2016, I am carrying on my professional activities individually.
