Day 150€ | Week 900€ | Month 2800€ In Prati area facing the river , apartment on the third floor , with lift in an old and carefully kept building, which consists of entrance, single bedroom large living room with dining area (table and chairs) double sofa bed, double bedroom with extra double bed in a corner, bath room with tub, kitchen ,little balcony. Hard wood floor, antique furniture. The apartment is provided with all the facilities and the kitchen is fully equipped. Prati is located between Vatican area and the historical center of the town, 10 minutes walking from Spanish Steps.

The deposit is required, however you will be responsible for every eventual damage to furnitures or items present in the apartment.

St. Peter’s is famous as a place of pilgrimage and for its liturgical functions. The Pope presides at a number of liturgies throughout the year, drawing audiences of 15,000 to over 80,000 people, either within the Basilica or the adjoining St. Peter’s Square.
St. Peter surroundings are a very special place. The enormous church is surrounded of little streets of Borgo Pio.
The adjacent Prati area is still called from what the place used to be meadow were cattle used to graze. Nowadays is a very nice residential area confining with Vatican City, more quiet and a bit less touristic than the city historic centre location in the surroundings. Beside Saint Peter and Vatican Museums there are plenty of shops and restaurants, bars and is very safe at night to walk around with so many options mostly at walking distance one from another.
Rent conditions and extra fees

For the late arrival after 8pm there will be an extra price of 10 euro every hour late.
A money deposit is required upon arrival.
Agency rights: 15% of the entire contract (+ Iva tax).
